Passionate about design and creative by nature, Northern California Bay Area Nigerian Native, Nonye got an early start in constructed aesthetics. As a pre-teen, her father took her to a computer software store, and told her to select whatever game/software she wanted. To no surprise, Nonye chose a Space Building & Floor Plan Program. As she spent several hours daily, creating blueprints/floorplans, fast forward 25 years and to no surprise---Nonye still has a strong passion for designing and building from the ground up.
After concluding her Post-Baccalaureate Studies in Technology Design (NYC), Nonye made the decision to obtain her California Real Estate License within the State of California. Along the journey of becoming licensed, she also made her way to the University of Miami, where she completed both a Masters of Science in Architecture, as well as a Masters in Real Estate Development + Urbanism.
